It was great swimming with fellow rockstars so I was fine with it.

Took my bike in today for a tune up, he suggested new tires too so
I am getting that done.

Way to go running faster Jess, that is what I need to work on, I am a slow
runner. I did get an MP3 player today, maybe that will help!
